Is there really a free trial? Do I need a credit card?
Yes — every plan (including paid tiers) comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You can explore all features and invite your team before committing to a subscription.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your workspace settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused time on paid plans is credited to your account.
How does billing work? Are there annual discounts?
Plans are billed monthly by default. Switching to annual billing saves you up to 20% — the equivalent of more than 2 months free. GST at 18% is added on top of the listed prices (which are exclusive of tax). An invoice is emailed to you automatically each billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export all your client records, tasks, invoices, and files in standard formats (CSV/PDF). After that grace period the workspace is archived. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Do you offer custom / enterprise pricing for large firms?
Yes. If you have more than 500 clients or need custom SLAs, dedicated infrastructure, or multi-firm management, reach out to us and we will craft a plan that fits your needs.
Is my client data secure and isolated?
Every workspace on TASCK runs in a fully isolated tenant database — your data is never co-mingled with other firms. We use encrypted connections (TLS 1.3), daily off-site backups, and role-based access controls so only authorised team members can see client information.
