These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TASCK, a SaaS platform for task, compliance and workflow management. By accessing or using TASCK, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Definitions

  • "TASCK" — The SaaS platform and related services.
  • "Company / We / Us" — TASCK.
  • "User / You" — The person or entity accessing the Service.
  • "Workspace / Account" — Your tenant/workspace created on TASCK.
  • "Subscription" — Any paid plan or recurring billing plan for the Service.
  • "Customer Data" — Data uploaded, stored, or processed by you using the Service.

Service Description

TASCK provides features such as task assignment, due-date tracking, compliance scheduling, client workflow tracking, and related reporting tools. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Do not share your password or access credentials with unauthorized persons.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
  • Upload or store content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.

Customer Data, Privacy & Security

  • You retain ownership of your Customer Data.
  • You are responsible for ensuring lawful rights/consents to upload and process Customer Data.
  • Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We implement reasonable security measures but no system is 100% secure. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Subscription, Billing & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/annual or as displayed at purchase). Charges may be processed via a payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay).
  • You authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge applicable fees, taxes, and other charges for your selected plan.
  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date shown in your billing panel.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry charges and/or suspend paid features until payment is successfully completed.

Cancellation & Refunds

Subscription cancellation and refund matters are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation typically becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

  • TASCK, its software, design, trademarks, logos, and all related content are owned by the Company or its licensors.
  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription/authorised access.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Third-party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, email providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms.

Availability & Maintenance

We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or changes that may impact availability. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable law.
  • We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Required payments are not completed within a reasonable time.

Upon termination, your access may be revoked and data retention/deletion handled as per our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of TASCK after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
